Construction

With extensive expertise in developing construction chemicals, we cater to the growing demand for eco-friendly alternatives. Our portfolio of advanced construction chemicals, including Cenospheres, Microsilica, Hollow Glass Microspheres, Calcium Chloride, and Mica, delivers high-performance solutions that enhance structural integrity, optimize efficiency, and ensure environmental resilience, meeting the industry's need for cost-effective and sustainable materials in challenging conditions.

Our Solutions

  • Cenospheres

Cenospheres are used as lightweight fillers in concrete to reduce the weight of the structure and enhance its strength. They also help in reducing shrinkage and increase durability.

  • Microsilica (Densified & Undensified)

Microsilica (silica fume) enhances concrete properties by improving strength, durability, and resistance. When added to concrete, it increases compressive and flexural strength, enhances density, and significantly improves impermeability. It also boosts frost resistance, abrasion resistance, and cavitation resistance, making it ideal for use in hydropower, reservoirs, and dams. Additionally, Microsilica accelerates early strength development and helps reduce shrinkage and cracking, ensuring better long-term performance in demanding environments.

  • Hollow Glass Microspheres

Hollow Glass Microspheres enhance cement and concrete formulations by reducing weight and improving thermal insulation. This is particularly beneficial for building structures that require energy efficiency and durability without sacrificing strength. Used in the production of lightweight wallboards and gypsum panels, they offer benefits such as easier installation and transport, along with improved thermal and acoustic performance.

  • Calcium Chloride

Calcium Chloride is a concrete admixture accelerator, used to accelerate the setting time and enhance the early strength of concrete, particularly in cold weather conditions. It improves the workability of mortar mixes and reduces curing time, which is beneficial for fast-track projects. Its hygroscopic properties also help control dust in industrial settings, while ensuring the integrity and durability of concrete under low-temperature conditions, making it ideal for winter concreting applications.

  • Calcium Formate 98%

Calcium Formate is an inorganic additive used in construction applications, particularly in tile adhesives and mortars. It extends open time, improves adhesion, and accelerates strength development. Additionally, it reduces skin formation and enhances water stability, ensuring better performance and ease of application in grouts, as well as in industries like leather tanning, agriculture, and oil well cementing.

  • Mica (F/C/M)

Mica is used in construction materials to improve thermal insulation, crack resistance, and water repellency. Its unique lamellar structure enhances the mechanical properties of cement, concrete, and coatings, providing better crack resistance and strength. Mica also improves thermal stability, reduces shrinkage, and minimizes thermal expansion, making it ideal for infrastructure projects. Additionally, it enhances the durability and longevity of sealants and coatings, contributing to improved performance in challenging environments.

  • Kaolin & Metakaolin

They are a natural based admixture which help increase the hardening strength of the cement to withstand compressive forces and reduce the overall permeability.

  • Clay based Rheology modifier

It is a highly processed attapulgite clay with enhanced rheological properties suitable for water-based coatings and construction chemicals.

  • Gluconic acid

Gluconic acid is an eco-friendly cement retarder compatible with lignosulfates and hydroxycarboxylic acids, aiding in setting time control for construction and oil and gas applications.
